Hello dearest chums!

What a wonderful time we had at the 2008 Festival. We had a record number of attendees and a spectacular range of films to suit all those afficionados of the Silent Film Era! The organisers at the Opotiki Community Arts Council did a grand job in making this the best Festival so far.

We are already working on the Silent Film Festival 2009 and have another fabulous programme in mind to titillate you silent-movie fans. So make sure you sign up to register for advanced notification of our full programme for the next Silent Film Spectacular in Opotiki, 4-6th September 2009.

Looking forward to seeing you there,
Ruby
